I have been looking for a Quran lamp for the longest time, I specifically purchased this as a gift for my friends birthday and to aid their sleep at night. The galaxy Quran caught my eye and the different features was incredible. I placed an order and waited a while before it had arrived, and due to holiday season their were delays on orders including mine. I was worried this would not come in time, so I had direct messaged Andalus on Instagram explaining that I would need it by Boxing Day. Andalus were extremely helpful, they had asked for the address it needed to be delivered to and said that they could Hand Deliver another Quran Lamp. I was honestly shocked that they would go out their own way and time to deliver this, Andalus went above and beyond, they had even offered to gift wrap and add a note, they even added halal sweets which made the gift even more special. The service Andalus provided was second to none and I am so grateful that they were able to do all of this in time for my friends birthday. During this point I had received the lamp through the post and I was initially going to send this back to Andalus but when it arrived I saw how stunning the lamp was and asked Andalus whether I could keep it and transfer them the monies and there was absolutely no problems at all to do this. I will definitely shop here again for future gifts and recommend anyone to do the same. These guys really value their customers as well as their product and that’s what makes them unique!

Ordered the Moon lamp as a gift 3 days before going into lockdown 2.
