Delivery needs improvement

I’ve ordered several times and I’ve always had issues with the shipping. Usually takes weeks. Still waiting on an order I placed almost a month ago. However, inquiries regarding issues do go answered via email providing detail. Just frustrating when you’re delivery is pending and it’s a gift for someone.

Great retail experience

Would highly recommend Andalus if you're considering a purchase. Apart from the fact that the products I bought are as lovely as I hoped (Quran moon lamp and Bakhoor burner), the customer service was excellent. If you're lucky you might also find a little unexpected treat in your package 🤫! All I'll say is my son was very happy 😊.
