Why would you want to return our lovely products :)

If for some reason we fail to meet your expectations, you'll be glad to know our policy lasts forever, not 30 or 60 days - forever! Which means you can return the product anytime if you meet the requirements below:

  • Original packaging is intact
  • Item is in resealable condition

How and where do I ship my return to?

Unless specified otherwise at checkout or by one of our team, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Item defective?

If the product is defective, you don't need to return the product, just contact us for a full refund!

Why? We trust our customers, so we're happy to start the refund process with a simple video explaining what's wrong.That way we can save time, money and also the carbon footprint left behind when sending back a damaged item.

One day the Prophet (s.a.w.) passed by Sa`d ibn Abi Waqas (r.a) while he was performing wudu’. The Prophet (saw) asked Sa`d: “What is this waste?” Sa`d replied: “Is there waste in wudu also?” The Prophet said, “Yes, even if you are at a flowing river.”(Ibn Majah).

Tell us what went wrong and send us a picture along with proof of purchase, and if eligible we will give your money back in full or dispatch a replacement. 

Then if possible you can donate the item to a local charity, recycle or keep the item to earn some dirhams! See Cordoba

Refund Process

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  2. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request within 3 days of receiving the item.
  3. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment, within 14 days.   

I haven't received my refund yet?

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially visible in your account.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is visible, so please leave up to 7 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over £75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and don't cover any losses. 

If you are still unsure email at, and we'll get back as soon as possible. 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will process your request.
