Why would you want to return our lovely products? :)
If for some reason we fail to meet your expectations, we're happy to offer a hassle-free return and refund of your order.
Provided all the original packaging is intact and the item remains undamaged and in a sell-able condition, you'll be glad to know our policy lasts forever! You can return the product anytime if you meet the requirements below.
If the product is defective, you don't need to return the product, just contact us for a full refund! Why? Every return has a carbon footprint, which counters our values as an Islamic business and emphasis on protecting the environment.
One day the Prophet (s.a.w.) passed by Sa`d ibn Abi Waqas (r.a) while he was performing wudu’. The Prophet (saw) asked Sa`d: “What is this waste?” Sa`d replied: “Is there waste in wudu also?” The Prophet said, “Yes, even if you are at a flowing river.”(Ibn Majah).
Tell us what went wrong and send us a picture along with proof of purchase, and inshallah, if eligible we will be able to give your money back in full. Then if possible you can donate the item to a local charity, recycle or keep the item.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately some of our sale items cannot be refunded and this will have been specified at checkout.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will process your request.
Our refund process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
I haven't received my refund yet?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, so please leave up to 7 days.

How and where do I ship my return to?
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Unit 25C Thames rd, London, IG11 0HN, United Kingdom once you have made contact with one of our customer service agents.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Unless specified otherwise at checkout or by one of our agents, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and don't cover any losses.
